New Added email template translations and ability to disable
We have added the ability to disable any of the emails that are send. Email templates can now also be translated to any language you like. By default this will use the customers locale from Shopify, but you can override this on the order page.

New Orders on hold now wait
ABC now respects Shopify fulfillment holds — download links aren't emailed or fulfilled until the hold is released.
