Overview

ABC Digital Downloads allows you to customize email templates for download emails. This ensures customers receive clear and branded communication for each action.

Step 1: Access the Email Templates

1. Navigate to the Settings page in the Abc Digital Downloads dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the Email Templates section.
3. Locate the template you want to modify.
4. Click Edit Template next to the corresponding email.

Step 2: Customize an Email Template

1. After clicking Edit Template, you’ll be taken to the email editor.
2. Modify the subject line and email content as needed.
3. Use dynamic placeholders (if available) to insert customer-specific details (e.g., order number, customer name, download links).
4. Format the email with headings, bold text, or links as needed.
5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Step 3: Restore Default Templates

If needed, you can reset an email template to its original default settings:

1. Navigate to the Email Templates section.
2. Click Restore Default Template next to the email template you want to reset.
3. Confirm your action.

Next Steps

Once your email templates are configured, customers will receive automated emails using your templates. You can revisit the Email Templates section anytime to make further adjustments.
